Protein Marbled Banana Loaf

Fluffy Banana bread without the guilt! Dig in for a protein hit.

Base Vanilla Mix
3-4 mashed overripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1tsp vanilla
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
1tbsp coconut oil
1tsp baking soda
1tsp bi carb
Chocolate layer
1tbsp cacao
1tbsp coconut oil
Sprinkle salt
Chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Mix all ingredients for the base mix together until combined.
Take 1/3 of the vanilla mix and add 1 tbsp cocoa and 1tsp coconut oil.
In a lined loaf tin pour in 1/2 of the vanilla mix, top with the chocolate mix and swirl with a skewer. Add the remaining vanilla mix and top with chocolate chips if desired.
Bake at 170 for 35 minutes or until completely cooked through ENJOY!
