PRODUCE
500g chicken breast sliced into thick pieces
4 garlic cloves sliced thinly
1tsp rosemary
1 tin organic diced tomatoes
1/2 brown onion sliced
1 pack green snap peas
METHOD
Add chicken to a lined rectangle brownie tin, add tomatoes, herbs and garlic mix to combine.
Add in onion and peas, mix, and bake for 25 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
