Blueberry Protein Oats

This bursting blueberry bowl will get you fuelled up for today with all the right carbs and protein.

PRODUCE

1/2 cup Organic Rolled Oats
2/3 cup water
1 Egg White
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Handful of blueberries, about 10-15
Drizzle of honey

METHOD

Mix oats and water in a small bowl and microwave on high for 60 seconds.
Remove from microwave and stir, add in cinnamon, egg white and 8-10 blueberries.
Microwave for a further 30 seconds.
Remove and stir smashing up some of the blueberries.

Top with remaining blueberries and a drizzle of honey for sweetness! Enjoy.

NOTE: Once egg is added oats should become extra fluffy, if you want extra protein you could add in another egg white and reduce the water amount. If you do give it a go leave a comment below on how yours turn out.
