Raw Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

PRODUCE

100gm pitted dates soaked
2tbsp water
1tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut unsweetened
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts
1/8 tsp salt
METHOD
BlendΒ dates with 2tbsp water and 1tsp vanilla. Tip: A food processor would work even better and only require about 1.5tbsp water.
Combine date mix with remaining ingredients.
Roll into balls. Tip: Mine made about 15 bite sized balls (it depends how big your bite is 😜).
Mix about 2-3tbsp of coconut and 1/4 tsp of salt together to roll balls in. Roll and store in refrigerator.
Enjoy your clean treats!
NOTE: Each ball is roughly 50 calories. Full of good fats, carbs and protein.
