Let your oats soak overnight in your favourite flavours for dessert in the morning (healthy of course).
There’s many combos you can mix in to make some overnight creamy oats, this week I was feeling like some Peanut Butter Jelly inspired ones . Here’s the recipe with a hit of protein!
PRODUCE:
1/2 cup traditional rolled oats 1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond) 1scoop vanilla protein 1 small mashed banana 1tsp raspberry or strawberry jam 2tsp peanut butter
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a clip lock jar or a mason jar with a lid. SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! Let soak in fridge overnight. Top with any additional toppings you would like.
NOTE: I topped with a homemade raspberry coulis which you can find below, (I used all frozen raspberries rather than mixed).
