IMG_8204Anti-inflammatory Protein Hit! Awesome post workout snack.

 

PRODUCE:
2 boiled eggs
1 piece vegan sprouted bread
1tsp tumeric
1tsp light mayo or cream cheese
Rocket leaves
METHOD:
Smash boiled eggs with a fork.
Add tumeric and mayonnaise, mix to combine.
Toast sprouted bread and top with egg mix and rocket.
NOTE:
Season with salt and pepper. You could also serve this is lettuce leaves as a wrap for a low-carb option!
