Just in time for Anzac day with an added hit of protein.
1/2cup almond meal
1/2cup rolled oats
1scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1tbsp chia seeds
2tbsp coconut unsweetened
1tsp coconut sugar
1/4cup coconut oil
3tsp rice malt syrup/organic honey or organic maple syrup
Pinch of baking powder
COMBINE all ingredients.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and roll into balls for cookies. I made 6 large ones.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
