These burger patties are an awesome way to get some lean protein into your diet. If you aren’t a big fan of tuna you have to give these a go, the tuna flavour isn’t overpowering at all.
2tbsp chopped shallots
1/2cup grated zucchini
1/2 cup mashed potato
135g Tin tuna or medium tin tuna
1tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp almond flour
Mix all ingredients.
Line a oven tray with baking paper and set oven at 200c fan forced.
Divide mix into 4 burger patties on the tray.
Bake at 35 mins in oven, flip burgers at 20mins
Serve on a bed of salad or on your favourite bun with salad.
