1 Wholemeal/Rye Bagel
2 Sliced strawberries
Boiled Egg (hard or runny, depends how messy you want to get!)
Slice bagel in half once toasted.
Spread cream cheese on both bagels.
Top the sweet bagel with berries and a zigzag of honey.
Top savoury bagel with avocado, alfalfa and sliced boiled egg + salt/pepper to taste.
