These Zoodles satisfy those carb cravings without the extra weight! Dig in to as many as you want and feel free to add some protein.
2 cloves of garlic chopped finely
2 baby blush onions, sliced
1 medium zucchini, spiralised
Mixed cherry tomatoes (about 5), quartered
Sprinkle of celery salt to taste
1tsp dried mixed herbs
1tbsp olive oil or coconut oil to coat
Sprinkle of Parmesan
Put a dash of olive oil in a pan and cook garlic and onion over medium heat.
Once cooked through, add in tomatoes, celery salt and mixed herbs.
Once softened add in zucchinni noodles and remaining oil.
Toss for 45 seconds to soften zucchini.
Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and salt/pepper to taste.
