Healthy twist on traditional banana bread, made with greek yogurt, oats, natural sweetener and of course BANANAS.
-3 small ripe bananas
-5tbsp organic maple syrup
-3/4 cup quick oats
-1tsp baking powder
-3/4tsp ground cinnamon
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup whole grain flour
-1/4 cup natural honey greek yogurt
-Preheat oven to 180degrees fan forced
-In one bowl combine dry ingredients
-In another bowl combine all wet ingredients thoroughly
-Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in wet ingredients, fold through until combined.
-Line a loaf pan with baking paper and pour mix in
-Bake for 35-40 mins or until a knife comes out clean
